This is Skull Totem 01 from Novaminis — the first in their skull totem terrain range, and a piece that earns its place on the table immediately. Three gnarled wooden poles are crossed and lashed with rope, studded with bone spurs and thorns, and adorned with three human skulls mounted on side stakes. Atop it all sits a horned animal skull — bovine or demonic depending on your lore — giving the whole structure a totemic authority that speaks of shamanic ritual, territorial warning, or dark worship. The sculpt captures the rough, hand-made quality of primitive construction without sacrificing fine detail in the rope work, wood grain, and bone texture.

Whether it marks the border of a gnoll hunting ground, stands at the entrance to a yuan-ti shrine, or decorates the lair of a necromancer who takes a certain pride in presentation, this totem brings immediate narrative weight to any battlemap or display scene. It works equally well for gaming encounters and as a standalone piece in a painted collection.
