The Skull Mask Bunny is a gloriously unsettling denizen of the Feywild: part trickster, part tribal warrior, entirely not to be underestimated. Standing in a wide, confident stance with a hand axe gripped in each clawed fist, this creature radiates the kind of chaotic menace that makes players genuinely reconsider their life choices. The oversized donkey-skull helmet — complete with hollow eye sockets and a protruding beak — sits over a stocky, fur-covered body clad in a tattered, hole-punched tabard. Ragged claws and bird-like feet complete the look: something ancient and feral wearing the bones of something else entirely.
Whether you place it as a Feywild guardian, a mischievous and dangerous forest spirit, or the herald of something far worse lurking deeper in the wood, the Skull Mask Bunny brings a vivid focal point to any encounter — and looks equally at home on a display shelf between sessions.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Run Feywild campaigns and need creatures that feel genuinely otherworldly
- Want a characterful enemy NPC that players won't forget quickly
- Are building a forest or fey-themed encounter collection
- Enjoy painting eccentric, detail-rich sculpts with strong silhouettes
- Collect display miniatures from independent fantasy artists
Encounter Hook:
The village children have been leaving offerings at the edge of the Briarwood for months — carved turnips, strings of dried flowers, small iron coins. Tonight the party follows the trail into the trees and finds the offerings arranged in a circle around a single stripped bone. As the torchlight flickers, two axes catch the gleam from the darkness, and a voice like dry leaves asks, in perfect Common: "Did you bring something, or did you bring yourselves?"
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The model and decorative base are supplied as separate pieces to be attached with a small amount of glue — some sculpts interact with the base in ways that reward taking the time to do this properly. The mini arrives ready for priming and painting, or can be used straight from the box for gaming. We quality check every piece before it leaves the studio, though minor marks from the printing process are a natural part of working at this level of detail and can be tidied up easily during prep.
