Description

Three heads. Three sets of fangs. One very bad day for any party that thought the gate to the Hells would be unguarded.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Skinned Cerberus is not merely a large dog with extra heads — it is a creature that looks as though something ancient and merciless stripped away everything that wasn't teeth, muscle, and fury. Each of the three heads carries a distinct expression: one skull-faced and hollow-eyed, one snarling with lips pulled back to expose overlapping fangs, and one low and forward-hunched in a hunting posture. The result is a miniature that radiates threat from every angle.

The body beneath those three necks is a mass of exposed, corded musculature — every tendon and fibre rendered in tight, flowing detail across the haunches, shoulders, and chest. A segmented, scorpion-like tail arches high over the spine, adding a venomous silhouette that marks this beast as something far beyond a mundane predator. The sculpt crouches in a wide, braced stance on a large 51mm oval base, conveying the sensation of coiled, imminent violence.

As a painting project, the Skinned Cerberus rewards adventurers who enjoy working wet blends across broad muscle planes — the deep striations offer excellent wash channels, and the three distinct heads give you room to differentiate each face with its own palette. Whether you paint it as a classic fire-scorched hellhound, an undead spectral beast, or something stranger still, the sculpt will carry whatever vision you bring to it.

Great for adventurers who:

  • Run Avernus, Dis, or any Nine Hells campaign and want a visually commanding guardian
  • Need a large-base monster encounter that looks genuinely threatening on the table
  • Enjoy detailed creature sculpts with complex musculature and multiple focal points
  • Want a display piece that doubles as a functional encounter model

Encounter Hook: The party has descended into the lowest vault of a warlock's fortress, only to find the summoning circle already broken — and the Skinned Cerberus padding loose through the corridors, all three heads raised, scenting for the one who freed it. It is not interested in the intruders. But it has decided they are between it and the door.
