Description

The necromancer's whisper carries across the burial ground, and one by one the long-dead rise — some clutching rusted blades, others the crumbling staves of a darker craft.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This set from La Louve 3D brings three distinct skeletal characters to your table, each with its own personality baked into the sculpt. The first is a cackling skeleton wizard sporting a wide-brimmed witch's hat and a menacing one-handed gesture — equal parts comical and unsettling, the kind of minion a lich might keep around for atmosphere. The second raises a tall staff crowned with a skull-shaped finial bound in rope, a herald or cultist of some forgotten bone-god. The third is mid-lunge, shield raised and short sword drawn, bones rattling in a charging pose that works brilliantly for dynamic combat encounters.

All three are rendered in warm unpainted resin with crisp skeletal detail — exposed ribcages, articulated finger bones, and expressive skull faces that reward a careful paint job. They're equally at home on a gaming table during a crypt crawl or lined up on a display shelf as a study in undead character design.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need varied skeleton troops for necromancer armies or graveyard encounters
  • Want undead miniatures with genuine character beyond generic bonepiles
  • Are building themed collections around Ravenloft, cursed ruins, or lich lairs
  • Enjoy painting undead and want sculpts with clear anatomy and strong silhouettes

Encounter Hook:
The party enters the antechamber of the Tomb of Varek the Pale and finds three skeletons standing motionless at the far wall — one in a battered witch's hat clutching a scroll, one gripping a skull-topped staff, one poised with blade and shield. A detect magic reveals faint auras. The wizard skeleton slowly turns its empty eye sockets toward the party and raises one bony hand.

Details

Each miniature is printed at 32mm scale. The model and base are supplied as separate pieces and can be attached with a small amount of glue — the decorative bases are worth using, as several sculpts are posed to interact with them. Minis arrive ready to prime and paint, or can be used as-is straight from the box. As with all hand-finished resin prints, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
