Description
He never surrendered his ship in life, and death hasn't changed his mind one bit.

- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Skeleton Pirate Captain strides onto the table with a flintlock levelled and a cutlass ready — a weathered tricorn perched atop a grinning skull, long coat billowing as if the sea wind still follows him. This isn't a shambling grave-crawler; this is a commander, and the hollow sockets behind that hat suggest he knows exactly where you're standing. Whether he's the undead lord of a ghost ship, a cursed harbourmaster who refuses to relinquish his post, or a necromancer's most trusted lieutenant, he carries the authority of someone who used to make sailors walk the plank — and still does.
The sculpt captures a specific moment of menace: both weapons raised, weight forward, full coat flowing behind him. The detail in the stitched coat, belted pouches, and bony hand gripping the cutlass gives painters plenty to work with, while the silhouette alone is table-ready straight from the box. Equally at home commanding a fleet of undead buccaneers or standing alone on a fog-shrouded dock as a singular boss encounter.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Are running nautical or coastal D&D campaigns and need a standout undead antagonist
- Want a characterful boss monster with genuine presence on the battlemat
- Are building an undead pirate crew and need a leader worth fearing
- Enjoy painting detailed undead minis with layered clothing and bony extremities
- Collect display pieces that tell a story without needing a word of explanation
Encounter Hook:
The party's ship is boarded at midnight by a vessel that shows no lights — and at its helm stands a figure in a long coat, one arm extended with a flintlock already aimed at the Captain's chair. A rasp of bone on wood. A voice like water in a hull. "That's my cargo. It's always been my cargo."
