Kobolds are dangerous enough in life — scrappy, numerous, and fiercely territorial. But when a necromancer or dark ritual reanimates the fallen of a kobold warren, something more unsettling takes the field. The Skeleton Kobold Melee is that threat made miniature: one of the smallest undead combatants in the Monster Manual 2025 range, and all the more unnerving for it.
This sculpt captures the characteristic low-slung frame of a kobold rendered in bare bone, armed for close combat. On the table, skeleton kobolds work beautifully as expendable shock troops, the unwilling remnants of a warren wiped out by a lich, a vampire lord, or a cursed dragonborn sorcerer. They swarm, they fall, they get back up — or they don't, and the party feels briefly clever before the next wave arrives.
