This bundle brings together two distinct undead equine miniatures from Yasashii Kyojin Studio: a skeletal horse in a dramatic rearing pose, forelegs raised and jaw agape, and a standing skeletal unicorn — its single horn intact above a hollow-eyed skull, ribcage and spine rendered in meticulous detail. Whether you're building out a necromancer's mounted warband, staging a haunted stable encounter, or simply adding something genuinely unsettling to your display shelf, these two minis deliver the kind of specific, memorable presence that elevates a tabletop scene.

The rearing pose — available in two near-identical sculpts across this bundle — captures the frantic, unnatural energy of an undead beast mid-charge, whilst the standing pose gives you a mount that reads as both eerily calm and deeply wrong. Both feature beautifully articulated bone anatomy: exposed vertebrae, articulated joints, hollow ribcages, and that unmistakable equine skull stretched wide in a permanent silent scream. The unicorn variant retains its horn as the one cruel remnant of its former life.

Encounter Hook:
The party discovers the ruins of a noble's estate, its stables long since collapsed — but as they cross the courtyard, two skeletal forms rise from beneath the rotting timber: a warhorse that died in battle still wearing phantom barding, and beside it, the desecrated remains of the estate's prized unicorn, its horn glowing with a faint, corrupted light as it turns its empty sockets toward the intruders.

This is a bundle of 2 miniatures: one standing skeletal unicorn and one rearing skeletal horse (two rearing sculpts are included — check the images for the specific variants). All minis are printed at 32mm scale. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Minor clean-up may be required as part of normal preparation for any resin piece — nothing a pair of clippers and a little enthusiasm can't handle.
