This is pose 01 of the Skeleton Archer range by Novaminis, and it's a sculpt that earns its place at the table. The archer stands in a classic draw stance — longbow at full tension, arrow nocked, hollow eye sockets fixed on its target. Tattered cloth hangs from its frame, a battered quiver is slung at its hip, and the remains of a studded leather helm still cling to its skull. There's a grim purposefulness to every detail: this is no shambling skeleton, it's a soldier still performing its last order centuries after the battle ended.
For Dungeon Masters, skeleton archers are one of the most tactically satisfying undead to run — harassing adventurers from range, controlling choke points, and giving necromantic encounters real teeth. This sculpt captures exactly that sense of disciplined, lifeless menace. Encounter Hook:
As the party rounds the corner of the collapsed corridor, three arrows clatter off the stonework in quick succession — from the far end of the hall, three skeleton archers stand motionless between them and the barrow's inner seal, bows drawn, waiting for something to move.
Scaled to 32mm and printed to a high standard. Available with or without a plain black base — the base arrives unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin miniatures, minor surface marks are possible and can be tidied up before priming. Ready to paint straight out of the box.
