This is pose 03 of Galaad Miniatures' Skeleton range, and it cuts a genuinely imposing figure on the tabletop. Clad in a spiked conical helm and layered armour over chainmail, this skeletal warrior raises a broad-bladed axe in one bony hand whilst bearing a riveted kite shield in the other — skull motifs and all. The flowing fabric beneath the armour adds a ghostly, almost ceremonial weight to the sculpt, suggesting this wasn't just any foot soldier in life. This was someone's champion. Now it serves a darker master.
Whether you're fielding a squad of undead guardians in a necromancer's keep, populating a long-forgotten tomb, or building out a Ravenloft-flavoured warband, this skeleton brings the kind of character that elevates an encounter beyond mere speed bumps. Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces — a small amount of superglue brings them together securely. Note that some sculpts interact naturally with their base, so the decorative base is recommended for the best presentation. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with any hand-finished piece, minor marks may occasionally remain and can be tidied up with a hobby knife before priming. Ready to paint straight away.
