Description
He has sworn an oath of honour to the realm, chosen a lance of noble bearing, and carried a shield into battle — the fact that he is also a goose is, as far as Sir Honkington is concerned, entirely beside the point.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Sir Honkington the Violent is precisely the kind of miniature that makes a gaming table. He stands upright with the dignity of a fully armoured knight, wearing a visored great helm complete with a sweeping plume, plate armour across his chest and wings, and greaves protecting his distinctly avian legs. In one wing he carries a kite shield, and from the other rises a long lance pointed at the heavens — or possibly at your ankles, depending on his mood. His rotund, feathered body is barely contained by his armour, and his posture radiates an absolute, unassailable confidence in his own importance.
This is a sculpt by MZ4250 — the artist renowned for bringing delightful absurdity and genuine craft to the same miniature simultaneously. Sir Honkington walks the line between comedy and character with rare skill: paint him in gleaming silver and gold and he becomes a proud heraldic figure; give him battle-worn rust and mud and he transforms into a veteran of a hundred skirmishes, all of them probably caused by someone standing too close to his bread.
Whether he serves as a recurring NPC with delusions of grandeur, a Wild Magic mishap made manifest, a Polymorphed paladin cursed by a mischievous fey, or simply the finest chaos agent a Dungeon Master has ever deployed — Sir Honkington demands to be part of your story.
Well-suited for adventurers who:
- Run campaigns with whimsy and want a character the table will never forget
- Need a Polymorphed knight or cursed paladin with full conviction
- Want a recurring NPC villain whose menace is entirely self-declared
- Are painting a comedy relief unit and need a genuine standout centrepiece
- Simply believe the world deserves more armoured goose miniatures
Encounter Hook: The village of Thornwick has not seen peace in a fortnight. A heavily armoured goose — self-styled Sir Honkington the Violent, Knight Paramount of the Third Meadow — has claimed the market square as his sovereign territory and is turning away travellers at lance-point. The mayor is offering a generous reward to anyone who can diplomatically resolve the situation. The party's last three attempts have all ended in honking and at least one Dexterity saving throw.
