Part of DM Stash's Clash of the Dragons range, Archemen is no ordinary kobold. Where his kin are dismissed as tunnel-dwelling nuisances, this silver-scaled squire has earned his place through sheer tenacity. He stands in a braced, forward-leaning pose, gripping a tall ornate banner pole topped with a tri-point spearhead — the kind of stance that says he's marched through worse than whatever your party is about to throw at him. His armour is layered and detailed: articulated pauldrons, scale-and-plate torso protection, buckled straps across the chest, and a substantial adventurer's pack loaded on his back. A short sword is sheathed over one shoulder, and his lizard-like tail curls out behind him for balance. His feet — clawed and gripping a rocky outcrop base — are rooted to the ground like he's planted a flag on sacred earth.

On the tabletop, Archemen works brilliantly as a loyal NPC squire to a draconic patron or dragonborn PC, a herald for a kobold warband with pretensions above its station, or even a player character miniature for adventurers running a kobold fighter or paladin. His posture reads as determined rather than aggressive — a squire who has survived long enough to earn proper armour. Encounter Hook:
The party follows the trail of a missing merchant and arrives at a crossroads to find a lone kobold standing guard over a fallen banner — Archemen, the last survivor of his knight's escort, refusing to abandon his post until someone worthy enough claims the charge he was sworn to deliver.

Archemen comes scaled to 32mm and is supplied as a separate figure and decorative rocky base — the two attach cleanly with a small amount of superglue. The sculpt is designed to interact with its base, so we recommend keeping them together for the best presentation. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; as with all high-detail resin pieces, minor marks from the printing process are possible and easily cleaned up before priming. The mini arrives fully cured and ready for paint or immediate use.
