This bundle brings together two characterful shopkeeper sculpts from Novaminis — each one a distinct personality that will breathe life into any market district, trading post, or city street in your campaign.
Shopkeeper 01 is a broad, bald-headed man in a long buttoned coat cinched at the waist with a heavy rope belt. His arms are thrown wide in the universal gesture of a merchant who wants you to know he has exactly what you're looking for — whether or not that's actually true. A curled moustache, a bow tie, and leather bracers complete the look: part showman, part haggler, entirely untrustworthy in the best possible way.
Shopkeeper 02 is a composed woman with long braided hair, dressed in a flowing layered robe with a rope belt and a wide-cut wrap that drapes over her arms. One hand is raised in a halting gesture — the look of someone who has already heard your offer and found it wanting — while the other cups forward as if weighing up the counter-proposal. She carries an air of quiet authority that suggests she knows the value of everything you're trying to sell.
Both sculpts are captured in clean digital renders showing the full 360° of each figure. The detail on the clothing folds, facial expressions, and hand poses is well-suited to intermediate painters looking to explore NPC character work.
Particularly well-suited for adventurers who:
- Need vivid, characterful traders and merchants for town or city encounters
- Run urban-focused campaigns with busy market districts or guild halls
- Want NPCs with enough personality to become recurring characters
- Are building out a settlement scene for display or photography
Encounter Hook: The party has been sent to retrieve a stolen heirloom from the merchant quarter of Ashenveil. As they approach the market stalls, two rival shopkeepers — one florid and gesticulating, one still and watchful — each claim to have sold it to the other. Both are lying. The question is who is lying more.
