Shop Customer 04 is a stocky, broad-shouldered human male caught mid-gesture — one hand raised open as if making a point, the other resting at his side. He wears a loose lace-front tunic and trousers with prominent stitched seams running down each leg, with low buckled shoes. His expression is confident, perhaps a little confrontational, and his long hair frames a face that's clearly seen a few too many tavern arguments. This is a man who knows what he wants and isn't shy about asking for it.

The sculpt captures a believable slice of everyday folk life — the kind of figure who populates market stalls, guild halls, and general stores in any fantasy setting. Whether he's haggling over the price of a healing potion, blocking the doorway to a back-alley fence's shop, or turning out to be an unexpected informant with more knowledge than his roughspun clothes suggest, he brings texture and life to any urban encounter.

This is variation 04 in the Shop Customer range from Novaminis, offering a distinct silhouette and personality from the other variants in the series — worth collecting multiple for a crowd scene or a busy marketplace table.

Particularly well-suited for adventurers who:

• Need believable civilian NPCs to populate towns, markets, and trading posts
• Run urban campaigns where background characters add atmosphere
• Want a figure that could double as a low-level rogue, a travelling merchant, or a scheming minor villain
• Are building out a crowd scene or a tavern/shop diorama for display

Encounter Hook: The party enters the apothecary to stock up before the dungeon delve — but a heavyset regular is already deep in an argument with the shopkeeper, gesturing emphatically and blocking the counter. He claims the last batch of antitoxin was watered down. The shopkeeper is flustered. And tucked under the customer's arm, barely visible, is a satchel bearing the insignia of the thieves' guild the party has been tracking for three sessions.
