This is Shop Customer 03 from Novaminis — the third variation in their town-folk customer range, and the most expressive of the set. She stands with a book or ledger tucked under one arm and one hand raised mid-gesture, index finger extended: the universal body language of someone making a very specific complaint, or possibly a very specific request. Her long embroidered skirt falls in heavy folds, trimmed with decorative border work along each panel. She wears a cropped, off-shoulder top with bracers at the wrist, and her hair is pulled back into loose braids. There is nothing passive about her pose — this is a woman who knows her own mind.

Sculpted in the distinctive Novaminis style, every element of her clothing carries tactile detail: the scalloped trim of the skirt, the textured fabric of the bodice, the slight weight in her posture that suggests she has been standing here long enough to have opinions about it. She reads effortlessly as a market customer, a shop regular, a guild liaison, or a minor noble's household representative sent to collect an overdue order.

This variant (03) is notably more assertive in pose than other pieces in the range — the raised finger and tucked book make her immediately legible as someone in mid-negotiation or mid-complaint. Paint her in warm market colours for a bustling city, or cooler, more refined tones if she belongs to a wealthier district.

She turns and addresses the party directly: she was here first, she has a standing order, and if they're after the same thing she is, they're going to have a very interesting conversation about who actually needs it more.
