Shop Customer 02 by Novaminis

She's leaning against the market stall with one hand on her hip and a look that says she's heard every sales pitch twice — and she's not impressed.

Shop Customer 02 from Novaminis is a female human NPC sculpted with a relaxed, self-assured stance — one hand on her hip, the other raised to her chin in a thoughtful or sceptical pose. She wears a short cropped top with a beaded necklace, wide-leg lace-up trousers with detailed stitching running the full length of both legs, and sturdy laced boots. Her loose, braided hair adds to the sense of someone who lives life very much on her own terms.

This is variation 02 in the Shop Customer series — where variation 01 may carry a different pose or accessory, this sculpt leans into a more contemplative, watchful character. The detail in the stitching on the trousers and the beaded jewellery gives painters a satisfying range of textures to work with, from leather and fabric to fine metallic accents.

As a purely civilian miniature, she shines in city-based campaigns and busy market scenes. She could be a fence who knows more than she lets on, a merchant's associate giving the party the once-over, or simply a local whose sharp eye means she notices things the guards miss entirely.

A good fit for adventurers who:

• Run urban or city-based campaigns with richly populated streets and market districts
• Want NPCs who feel lived-in and specific rather than generic townspeople
• Are building out a tavern, bazaar, or dockside scene for their gaming table
• Enjoy painting character-rich miniatures with varied surface textures
• Need a contact, informant, or background figure with genuine presence on the table

Encounter Hook: The party has been asking around the Coppergate Market for three days trying to locate a missing merchant. Every lead has gone cold — until they notice the same woman appearing near every dead end, leaning against a different stall each time, watching them with that same expression. She hasn't approached. She's waiting for them to come to her.
