This Sharkfolk Pirate Crew Member is a hammerhead-headed humanoid built for life on the open water — and for making other pirates nervous. Bare-chested and powerfully built, the sculpt shows the figure mid-stride, one fist raised and the other gripping a rope at the hip. A heavy leather belt keeps coils of rope and a wicked iron hook close at hand, and the base is scattered with the detritus of a well-lived life at sea. The hammerhead silhouette is immediately recognisable and fantastically characterful — this is the kind of NPC your players will absolutely remember meeting on a dock at low tide.
Whether you're running a nautical campaign, populating a pirate fleet, or just want a genuinely distinctive humanoid for your collection, this sculpt delivers personality in every detail. Equally suited to gaming sessions and display shelves alike.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable crew member, rival, or hostile NPC for a coastal or seafaring campaign
- Are playing or DMing in a setting with shark-folk, sahuagin-adjacent cultures, or pirate factions
- Want a standout humanoid mini that reads instantly across the table
- Collect fantasy creature miniatures for display as well as play
Encounter Hook:
The party's ship is boarded in the dead of night — not by humans, but by a crew of sharkfolk, this one at the fore, rope in hand and hook ready, issuing terms in a voice like gravel and brine. The captain wants something the adventurers are carrying. Whether they negotiate or fight, this crew member is the face they'll remember.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The model with the detailed base comes as a single piece. The model with the plain base ships with the base detached for easy gluing. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor marks may occasionally be present and are easily cleaned up before priming.
