Sharkenbear 01 by Yasashii Kyojin Studios
Description
The locals called it a bear. They were not wrong. They were also not nearly worried enough about the sharks.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Sharkenbear is exactly what it looks like — and that is precisely what makes it so glorious. Rearing up on its hind legs at a formidable 51mm tall, this beast clutches a living, snapping shark in each massive arm, its own maw thrown open in a roar that somehow manages to be the third most alarming thing about it. Every tuft of dense, shaggy fur is sculpted with extraordinary detail, and the two sharks — each with open jaws and thrashing fins — are captured mid-writhe with a physicality that makes the whole piece crackle with chaotic energy. This is not a creature that snuck up on anyone. This is a creature that announced itself and dared the world to do something about it.
Whether you drop it into a coastal wilderness encounter, conjure it as the twisted experiment of a reckless druid, or deploy it as the utterly unhinged apex predator of a flooded dungeon, the Sharkenbear brings a quality that no Random Encounter table can manufacture on its own: complete and utter disbelief from everyone at the table. It works equally well as a centrepiece on a display shelf — this is the kind of sculpt that earns its own dedicated spot.
A fit for adventurers who:
- Need a large beast encounter that will genuinely surprise their players
- Are running a coastal, flooded, or wilderness-themed campaign
- Want a showpiece miniature that doubles as a conversation starter on the shelf
- Collect large-scale fantasy beast sculpts for painting projects
Encounter Hook:
The fishing village of Saltmere has been reporting disappearances — not just from the sea, but from the docks, the market, and twice now from inside the tavern. The survivors all say the same thing: it came from the water, it stood like a man, and it was holding something that was also trying to eat them.
This miniature stands at 51mm tall and is scaled for 32mm tabletop play, where it cuts an imposing large-creature silhouette. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or striking straight from the box.
