The Shambling Mound is one of D&D's most genuinely unsettling plant monsters — not because it's fast, but because it's relentless. A CR 5 Large plant creature with resistance to a laundry list of damage types and the ability to engulf whatever it catches, it's the kind of encounter that makes players rethink their confidence. This bundle brings you both sculpts from Novaminis' Shambling Mound range, and each one earns its place on the table.

Pose 01 captures the creature mid-lurch — body hunched forward, tendrils splayed wide and trailing along the ground, with clusters of gnarled root-flesh and a mass of writhing vines that suggest something almost alive within. Deep purple shadow gathers in the hollows between the coiling forms, giving the sculpt a real sense of depth and dread. Pose 02 stands taller and more aggressive — one arm of knotted vine swept high and outstretched, the body dense with interlocking tendrils, wild thorns, and small blooms of fungal growth scattered across the mass. Both sculpts are rendered in extraordinary detail, with surfaces that reward careful drybrushing and washes equally.
