The Shadow Feline Deity is no ordinary beast encounter. This is a being of divine corruption, a cat-headed entity whose form has dissolved into something far beyond flesh — a roiling mass of twisted tendrils and writhing shadow-roots that erupt upward like a dark crown. The figure's leonine face carries an eerie serenity, horns curling from its brow, as though it neither fears nor needs to hurry. Its lower body is consumed entirely by the chaos of its own power, coiling tentacles and gnarled limbs braiding together in a base of elemental dread. This is a sculpt built for the table's centrepiece moment — the kind of miniature that draws a sharp intake of breath when it hits the mat.
For Dungeon Masters running Feywild campaigns, planar horror encounters, or homebrew pantheons, this miniature gives a deity-tier threat genuine physical presence. Equally compelling as a display piece, the composition reads as a single dramatic silhouette from any angle — the tall sweep of its outstretched tendril-limbs framing the calm, terrifying face at its heart.
Well suited to adventurers who:
- Need a visually striking boss monster for a Feywild or shadow-plane encounter
- Are building a homebrew pantheon and want a feline deity with genuine menace
- Run encounters involving corrupted nature spirits, elder beasts, or planar entities
- Collect display-quality miniatures with strong sculptural presence
- Want a centrepiece mini that doubles as a conversation piece on the shelf
Encounter Hook:
The party follows a trail of petrified animals deeper into the Feywild — each one frozen mid-flight, facing the same direction. At the clearing's edge, the trees have split apart to form a crude throne, and seated within the tangle of roots and shadow is something that smiles with too many teeth and asks, in a voice like silk over gravel, why they have come to disturb its dreaming.
Details
This miniature is supplied at 32mm scale and comes ready for priming and painting, or can be used straight from the box. The model is printed as a single piece attached to its base. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; as with all hand-finished prints, minor surface marks may occasionally be present and are easily tidied with a hobby file.
