The Shadow is one of D&D's most quietly terrifying undead: a hollow, featureless humanoid that drains the very strength from its victims, leaving them weakened and cold long before the killing blow lands. This sculpt from Yasashii Kyojin Studio captures that unsettling quality with real craft — the body tapers into flowing, ghostly wisps rather than feet, one elongated hand reaching forward with splayed fingers, the torso curled inward as though coiling to strike. There is no expression to read, no eyes to meet. That is precisely the point.
The silhouette is fluid and deeply strange, blending the suggestion of a humanoid form with something altogether more liminal. Whether you're running a horror-tinged campaign, a haunt in the Shadowfell, or a crypt where something has been stirred from a long sleep, this miniature brings the dread on the table as much as it does in the stat block.

Encounter Hook:

Tonight, camping in the ruins of the wayshrine, the fire gutters without wind, and something rises from the stonework — featureless, silent, and already between the party and the door.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork straight from the box. We quality check every piece before it leaves us, though minor marks from support removal are a natural part of the process and are easily tidied up.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
