Serpentfolk Wizard by Great Grimoire
Description
She glides into the torchlight clutching the severed heads of those who dared challenge her arcane dominion — and her cobra hood fans wide, not in warning, but in contempt.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This Serpentfolk Wizard is a serpentine arcanist of genuine menace. Her cobra-frilled head and scaled lower body speak to an ancient, cold-blooded intelligence, while her outstretched arms present trophies — clusters of grotesque demon-faced heads dripping from her clawed grasp. A dagger rests at her hip almost as an afterthought. She does not need it. The sculpt captures the particular stillness of a spellcaster who has already won every fight she bothered to show up to. The second variant in the range takes a different form entirely — a more abstracted, mask-faced figure trailing billowing conjured energy from both hands, flame and smoke replacing severed heads, suggesting a ritualist mid-channelling rather than a conqueror on display. Both poses carry that same quality of unhurried, ancient authority.
Whether you need a serpentfolk cult leader for your Yuan-Ti ruins, a Named NPC who knows secrets the party really shouldn't hear, or a display piece that earns its place on the shelf, this sculpt delivers the presence required.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a Serpentfolk, Naga, or Yuan-Ti spellcaster as a boss encounter or recurring antagonist
- Want a visually distinct arcane NPC to anchor a serpent cult storyline
- Are building a display collection of creature-type spellcasters
- Play or run campaigns in ancient ruin settings, underground temples, or jungle wilderness
Encounter Hook:
The party discovers the bodies of three Zhentarim scouts arranged in a deliberate circle, each missing their head. At the centre, a single scroll written in Draconic: "The Coilborn Archive does not negotiate. Send scholars, not soldiers." Before the last player finishes reading, the Serpentfolk Wizard descends from the ceiling above, heads swaying at her sides, and asks — very quietly — who sent them.
