This Serpentfolk Shaman is a force of ancient, coiling menace — a tribal spiritual leader as much at home leading a yuan-ti cult as commanding a swamp-dwelling serpent clan. The sculpt captures a powerful, muscular frame mid-ritual, holding aloft a broad ceremonial totem staff adorned with a fan-shaped crest and skeletal claw motifs, while the other hand grips the haft with coiled purpose. Ornate scale-patterned robes billow around a serpentine lower body, and the crested helmet and fanged jaw give this shaman an unmistakable presence at the table. The detailing throughout — from the layered ceremonial armour to the scroll-and-rune adornments — rewards a careful paint job, making this as compelling a display piece as it is a gaming miniature.
The reverse angle reveals the full mass and movement of the sculpt: broad shoulders, the totem raised overhead in a sweeping arc, and the textured scales of the lower body trailing behind. This shaman was built to dominate a battle map. Three thematic decorative base options are available — a forest floor stump scene, a bone-and-skull swamp scene, or a broken animal skull and rock scene — each designed to root this figure in the wilds, ruins, or cursed wetlands your campaign demands.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a commanding boss monster or high-ranking NPC for a yuan-ti, naga, or serpent cult encounter
- Are building jungle temple, cursed ruins, or swamp-hex campaigns
- Want a spellcasting villain with genuine visual authority on the battle map
- Are collecting serpentfolk miniatures for display or a themed warband
- Love a sculpt that challenges and rewards the painter
Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked the stolen idol into the flooded lower sanctum, only to find the shaman already waiting — staff raised, the water around them roiling as a dozen serpents surface in unison. The idol was never stolen. It was an invitation.

What's included:
This miniature is scaled to 35mm. If you would prefer a 32mm scale, send us a message and we will be happy to adjust. A plain black base is included as standard. If you select the Decorative Base option, please include a note with your order specifying which of the three designs you'd like: Forest Stump Scene, Bone and Skull Scene, or Animal Skull and Rock Scene.
