This is pose 02 of our Serpentfolk Hybrid Warrior range by Novaminis. This sculpt depicts a powerfully built serpentfolk soldier in a wide, commanding stance — both arms raised and extended, wielding a long sword in the right hand and a shorter, slightly curved blade in the left. The posture reads as mid-challenge or advancing on a target, jaw open and forked tongue visible beneath a reptilian snout flanked by curling horns. The detail throughout is exceptional: the breastplate is richly embossed with coiling serpentine motifs, the segmented leather skirt is studded and layered, and the scaled texture continues across the exposed arms and legs all the way down to sandalled feet. Bracers at the wrists carry further serpent carvings, and the back view reveals intricate scale patterning running up the spine. Whether you field this as a yuan-ti brute, a serpentine cult enforcer, or a rival warrior faction leader, the sculpt carries serious presence on the table.
Equally at home in the jungles of Chult, the hidden temples of a yuan-ti enclave, or the sunken ruins of a serpent empire, this miniature rewards both the Dungeon Master who wants a credible combat threat and the painter who wants a canvas full of scale texture and layered armour to work with.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a yuan-ti warrior, serpentfolk soldier, or reptilian cult guardian for D&D 5e or other TTRPG systems
- Are running jungle, underdark, or ancient-civilisation-themed campaigns
- Want a dual-wielding melee threat with strong visual impact at the table
- Collect and paint fantasy miniatures with high sculpt detail
- Are building a serpentfolk warband and want multiple distinct poses
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking the missing merchants for three days when they find the warehouse — doors sealed from the inside, faint hissing behind the walls. As the rogue picks the lock, two serpentfolk warriors drop from the rafters, blades already drawn, circling to cut off the exit before a word is spoken.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Scaled alternatives available on request; just get in touch. The miniature arrives ready for priming and painting, or can be used straight from the box for your game. We do our best to remove all supports and quality-check every piece, though minor marks are occasionally possible and can be tidied up easily.
