The Serpentfolk Hybrid Scouts are the outriders of an ancient, coiling civilisation — part infiltrator, part assassin, and entirely at home in terrain that would swallow lesser creatures. Sculpted by Novaminis with their trademark blend of menace and character, each figure carries the weight of a culture that was old when empires were young. These are not yuan-ti cannon fodder. These are the eyes and fangs of something far larger, and your players will feel it the moment they appear on the table.
This bundle includes both Hybrid Scout variants from the Novaminis range — two distinct poses that bring real variety to your serpentfolk encounters. Scout 01 crouches mid-stride in a hooded desert cloak, dagger raised and crossbow bolts at the ready, sculpted scale texture visible across legs and arms with a studded leather belt and wrapped sandals grounding the look. Scout 02 takes a heavier stance — broader, more reptilian, with a broader cobra-like head, a longbow in one clawed hand and a spear gripped in the other, a chain necklace and flowing robes lending an almost priestly air. Together they suggest rank and role within the same serpent cult, giving DMs a ready-made visual shorthand for encounters with depth.
