Seraphina by Great Grimoire

She moves through the market with purpose, her satchel close and her eyes sharper than her modest dress suggests — a woman who knows far more than she's letting on.

• ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
• ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
• ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
• ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Seraphina cuts a compelling figure on the tabletop: dressed in a practical long skirt with rolled sleeves, a worn leather belt, and a shoulder satchel, she reads immediately as someone with places to be and information worth guarding. Her mid-stride pose and calm, appraising expression make her equally believable as a seasoned merchant, a village elder's trusted messenger, a thieves' guild contact in plain sight, or the innkeeper who slips the party a folded note at midnight. She's the kind of character that makes players lean forward.

The sculpt captures the quiet authority of an ordinary person living in extraordinary circumstances — no armour, no weapon drawn, but unmistakably someone the party should pay attention to. Whether she ends up as a recurring NPC woven through your campaign or a one-session quest-giver with a hidden agenda, Seraphina brings an immediate sense of lived-in realism to your table. She's equally at home in a city market, a border-town tavern, or a rural village under threat.

Perfect for adventurers who:

• Need a believable, grounded NPC to anchor a city or town encounter
• Want a quest-giver or informant with presence and mystery
• Are running social-heavy campaigns where commoner characters carry real weight
• Collect characterful everyday folk to populate their world
• Are painting display pieces and want a sculpt full of subtle fabric and expression detail

Encounter Hook:
The party has been asking questions about the missing grain shipments for three days. On the fourth morning, Seraphina sits down across from them at breakfast, uninvited — places a small folded note on the table without looking at them, and says quietly: "Stop asking. Start watching. The warehouse on the east docks, one hour after the second bell." Then she stands, adjusts her satchel, and walks out into the crowd.
