Description

Beneath the tide-line, where light fails and the current whispers, the seaweed grows thick enough to swallow secrets whole.

  • ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
  • ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
  • ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama

This seaweed cluster is a dense, layered tangle of broad oval leaves rising from a single rooted base — the kind of growth that chokes harbour shallows, carpets sea cave floors, and rustles ominously in druidic clearings where nature has been left to its own devices for too long. Sculpted with genuine botanical detail, each overlapping frond has its own shape and shadow, making this a terrain piece that holds up at painting distance and across the table alike.

Whether you're setting an ambush on a rocky coastline, building out the cluttered floor of a merfolk ruin, or dressing a druid's grove encounter, this cluster adds the kind of grounded environmental detail that makes players stop and ask what's hiding behind it. And sometimes something is.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Run coastal, underwater, or wetland encounters and want layered scatter terrain
  • Build battle maps for druidic groves, sea caves, or flooded dungeons
  • Paint terrain pieces as part of larger dioramas or display boards
  • Want versatile scatter that works equally well for gaming and display collecting

Encounter Hook:
The fishing village of Crestholm hasn't had a catch in three weeks. When the party wades out at low tide to investigate, the entire sea floor around the old breakwater is smothered in a carpet of seaweed — growing far faster than it should, and faintly warm to the touch. Something beneath it is breathing.

Scaled to 32mm. The model with the detailed base comes as a single attached piece. The model with a plain base ships with the base detached for easy gluing. Ready for priming and painting straight away, or use unpainted for immediate table use. Some minor surface marks from the printing process may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
