This is Seated Arena Spectator 01 by Novaminis — a broad-shouldered, bald man caught mid-roar, both arms thrown high above his head, body half-rising from his seat in a burst of unrestrained fervour. His stitched leather jacket is split open at the sides, his jaw is wide, and every line of his posture says he has a great deal of money riding on whoever just made that killing blow.
