This sea serpent miniature by La Louve 3D is a creature of real menace and sculptural craft. The body is rendered in overlapping layered scales with deep, sharp definition — each plate distinct and textured, giving the serpent a weight and physicality that reads beautifully at the table. The sinuous neck rises to a head wrapped in knotted, cord-like flesh and marked with circular ritual sigils, suggesting something far older and stranger than a mere ocean predator. This is the kind of creature that belongs in a legend — the sort scrawled in the margins of old nautical charts with the warning here be monsters.

The sculpt comes as a multi-part model: the main body with raised head and coiling tail, plus separate coiled body segments that can be arranged to suggest the full bulk of the serpent emerging from water, breaking the surface mid-strike, or lurking at the edge of your encounter map. Whether you're running a coastal hex-crawl, a flooded dungeon, or an encounter on the open sea, this model gives you a focal piece with genuine presence.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a large-scale beast encounter for maritime or coastal campaigns
  • Are building sea-themed dungeon encounters or nautical hex-crawls
  • Want a display piece that reads as a mythological sea creature rather than a simple snake
  • Are painting ambitious creature projects — the scale texture is a gift to drybrushing
  • Play or run campaigns in settings where ancient ocean horrors lurk beneath the waves

Encounter Hook:
The fishing village of Kelpwick has been silent for three days. When the party arrives, they find nets shredded, boats overturned, and a single survivor who will only whisper one thing: it came from below the old reef, and it was watching us long before it struck. The creature hasn't left. It is still out there, circling — and tonight, the tide is coming in.
