She emerged from the tide at dusk — long-haired, hollow-eyed, and smiling with the patience of something very old and very hungry.

The Sea Hag is one of the most unnerving creatures in the monster compendium — not because of raw power, but because of presence. This sculpt by Mia Kay M3DM captures that perfectly: a gaunt, pointy-eared figure with long, lank hair and a ragged skirt of kelp and salt-worn cloth, leaning forward with a deliberate, unsettling composure. Her expression is sharp and knowing — the look of something that has been making deals longer than your party has been alive. The sandy, shell-scattered base grounds her on a coastal tideline, making her equally at home in a seaside cove encounter or mounted on a display shelf.

Hags occupy a rare space in TTRPG lore — part fey, part horror, entirely their own thing. Whether she's the third member of a coven, the cursed keeper of a lighthouse, or the source of a local fishing village's misfortune, this mini brings a specific and deeply characterful energy to any table. She's equally compelling as a recurring NPC or a one-shot villain whose bargain the players will regret for several sessions.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a Sea Hag, Night Hag, or Green Hag for their D&D or TTRPG encounter
  • Are building a hag coven encounter or a coastal horror arc
  • Want a characterful villain miniature with strong display presence
  • Enjoy painting expressive, lore-rich character sculpts

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives in a coastal village where three fishermen have returned from sea — alive, but hollow. The only witness is an old woman who sits each night on the rocks, watching the water. She greets the adventurers warmly and offers to explain everything, for a small consideration. She already knows what they'll agree to.
