This is Scarecrow #1, the first pose in The Toadstool Weaver's unsettling scarecrow range. The sculpt captures a creature mid-lurch: both arms raised and clawing upward, its hollow burlap face tilted forward with grim intent, ragged rope bindings coiling around each limb like something that was once tied down and no longer is. The crude stitching running along the legs and torso suggests a body assembled rather than born — patched together from cast-off cloth and something far older underneath. The wide stance and forward lean give the piece real kinetic energy, making it a strong centrepiece for any horror-tinged encounter or a gripping addition to a dark fantasy display shelf.
In D&D 5e, scarecrows are Constructs animated by dark magic, often bound to a single haunted location and driven by the will of a hag or necromancer. Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base; the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. The miniature arrives ready for priming and painting, or can be used straight from the box.
