This is Scarecrow 01 from Yasashii Kyojin Studio, and it is anything but a docile field ornament. Mounted on a cross-post frame lashed together with fraying rope, this construct bristles with unsettling detail: a wide-brimmed witch's hat tilted over a curtain of straw hair, clawed hands splayed at the ends of outstretched arms bound to a wooden crossbeam, and a body of bundled straw barely held together by coiled rope binding. The sculpt captures that deeply unnerving quality that the best scarecrow encounters deliver — something agricultural and familiar, twisted into something predatory.

Three distinct angles reveal just how much character is packed into this sculpt. The front-on pose with arms fully extended gives the classic cruciform silhouette that will stop your players cold. A three-quarter angle shows the scarecrow mid-stride, one arm reaching forward with those wickedly curved claws, selling the moment it steps off its post and becomes a threat.
