Santa Adventurer by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
He arrived at the tavern door with snow on his boots, a crow on his wrist, and a look that suggested he'd seen far darker winters than this one.

Equal parts Father Christmas and seasoned adventurer, this wonderfully characterful sculpt from Mia Kay M3DM depicts a broad-shouldered wanderer in a long fur-trimmed coat, laden with travelling gear and radiating the kind of weathered authority that only comes from decades on the road. His vast white beard frames a face caught mid-greeting — one hand raised as if hailing an old friend, or perhaps summoning something altogether less jolly. A bird perches on his raised arm, and a round shield and satchel hang at his side. Whether you read him as a jovial quest-giver, a disguised deity, or something in between, this miniature carries real personality from every angle.
This is a character who belongs at the centre of a story. A wandering cleric of a forgotten winter god, a Druid who communes with the cold itself, or simply the most memorable innkeeper your players have ever met — the sculpt invites interpretation and rewards it.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Want a distinctive, seasonally-themed NPC with genuine narrative weight
- Are running a winter campaign, arctic setting, or festive one-shot
- Need a wise elder figure — sage, quest-giver, or secret antagonist
- Collect character minis that stand out on the shelf as well as the table
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a series of missing children across the frozen northern villages. At the last settlement, the locals speak of a jolly wanderer who passed through three nights ago — generous with gifts, oddly knowledgeable about the children's names, and last seen heading into the Ashgrey Forest alone. He left no tracks in the snow.
