Kazuhira Orochi is a warrior caught between two worlds — the disciplined honour of the samurai and the coiling, sinister influence of serpent-kind. This sculpt captures that duality with remarkable precision. The front-facing pose shows a broad, low combat stance — clawed hands raised and ready, the body wrapped in layered scale armour that blurs the line between forged plate and living skin. Rope-bound waist wrappings, tasselled cords, and an ornate engraved chest piece speak to a warrior of high status, while the serpentine scales crawling across limbs and face betray something far older beneath the surface. A sheathed blade rides at the hip — discipline not yet abandoned, even now.
Two variations are shown across this listing. The first features a reptilian, snake-headed sculpt with fanged jaws and cobra-hood detailing — the transformation nearly complete. The second presents a human face, bearded and grim beneath a cloth-wrapped topknot, the scales creeping up from below — still a man, but barely holding on. Both share the same fierce, wide-legged stance and finely detailed textured base of broken stone. Whether you need an NPC mid-corruption or a fully transformed serpent-blooded warrior, this range has you covered.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a compelling villain, rival, or morally complex NPC for an Eastern-inspired campaign
- Are playing a Yuan-ti, Lizardfolk, or serpent-blooded Fighter or Monk
- Want a boss-tier encounter miniature with presence at the table
- Collect display pieces where every sculpted detail rewards a close look
Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked a series of disappearances to a remote mountain dojo. Inside, the students kneel in silence — and at the head of the hall, Kazuhira Orochi stands motionless, his back to the entrance. When he turns, one of his eyes is golden, slitted, and utterly still. He asks them, very calmly, why they have come. The DC 15 Insight check reveals he already knows.
