This is Sailor 01 from Novaminis — a female seafarer caught in a moment of urgent action. She stands with one arm extended and pointing, her free hand raised to her brow as she scans the horizon, mouth open mid-shout. The pose has tremendous energy: wide-footed and leaning slightly forward, coat flaring behind her, a coil of thick rope hanging at her side. The laced bodice, rolled-cuff boots, and wide-brimmed tricorn all speak to a life lived on the open sea.
The sculpt rewards careful painting — the braided rope, the laced detailing on her vest, and the windswept fabric all give a painter plenty to work with. Whether she ends up in weathered, sun-bleached tones or the rich colours of a named NPC, she reads clearly across the table.
