This Sahuagin Warrior stands with the coiled confidence of a predator that has never once doubted its place at the top of the food chain. Heavily muscled and covered head to talon in thick, overlapping scales, the figure grips a long trident at its side — held loosely but ready, the way only a creature born to violence can manage. Bat-like webbed wings flare from the shoulders, and a crown of sharp cranial spines rises from the broad, reptilian skull. The tail curls behind with a barbed fin, and the clawed feet anchor the pose with a quiet, territorial arrogance.

Sahuagin are a recurring threat in any campaign that ventures near the coast, beneath the waves, or into the sunless waterways of the Underdark. As an enemy mini, this warrior brings that threat to the table with real menace — the kind of sculpt that makes players sit up a little straighter when it appears. As a display piece, the anatomy and surface texture reward careful painting: those scales will hold a wash beautifully, and the wings offer a canvas for translucent blending or bold contrast work.

This is the second sculpt in MZ4250's Sahuagin Warrior range, offering a distinct silhouette and stance from the first — useful for building out a raiding party without every figure looking identical.

Suited to adventurers who:

• Run coastal, aquatic, or Underdark-adjacent campaigns
• Want enemy minis that carry genuine visual threat
• Are building a Sahuagin encounter group or sea-devil warband
• Enjoy painting scaled skin, wings, and organic textures

Encounter Hook

The party's skiff runs aground on a reef at low tide — and the water around them begins to move. Fins. Dozens of them. The first warrior to haul itself aboard carries a trident already slick with brine, its yellow eyes fixed not on the adventurers but on something further along the deck, as if this ambush was planned days ago.
