This is Pose 01 of our Sahuagin Warrior range by Novaminis, and it's a sculpt that demands attention. The warrior stands in a broad, aggressive stance, clutching a long trident-tipped polearm in one clawed hand while the other arm hangs ready for close-quarters brutality. Tribal armour plates adorned with swirling, wave-like engravings cover its shoulders and shins, and a skull-emblazoned belt clasp marks this as no mere raider — this is a veteran of deep-water warfare. The head is all fangs and fury, crowned with a ridge of bony spines, the face locked in a snarl that makes its intentions unmistakably clear. A coiled rope hangs at its hip, and every surface speaks to a creature that fights as much with terror as with steel.

Sahuagin are one of D&D's most tactically interesting threats — organised, bloodthirsty, and deeply territorial. Whether you're running a coastal campaign, a sunken temple raid, or an underwater dungeon arc, this warrior works equally well as a rank-and-file raider, a named lieutenant, or a recurring antagonist that your players will come to dread. It's just as compelling as a display piece on a collector's shelf — the level of sculpt detail rewards a careful paint job beautifully.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Are running coastal, seafaring, or underwater D&D campaigns
  • Need characterful Sahuagin warriors to populate a sea devil war band
  • Want a fearsome humanoid monster for boss fights or elite enemy encounters
  • Enjoy painting highly detailed creature miniatures for display or competition
  • Are building a themed collection of aquatic or oceanic TTRPG minis

Encounter Hook:
The fishing village was abandoned three nights ago — nets still in the water, fires still smouldering. When the party tracks the trail of webbed footprints to the tideline, the sea is already churning. A single Sahuagin warrior rises from the surf, trident levelled, and lets out a bark in Deep Speech. Behind it, the water is full of shadows moving fast.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Each miniature is printed to order at high resolution and arrives with supports removed. As with all resin printing, minor surface marks are possible; these are easily tidied up before priming. Each piece is fully cured and ready to paint.
