Sahuagin scouts are the vanguard of the deep: silent, calculating, and utterly without mercy. These two sculpts from Novaminis capture the menace of a creature that is equally at home in a coastal ambush or the dark corridors of a sunken citadel. Both figures wear stitched hide cloaks and shell-adorned armour — the hallmarks of sahuagin war-culture — and each carries a different loadout that makes them read as distinct individuals on the board rather than a matched pair.

Pose 01 is a broad, hunched brute — a dagger clutched low in one webbed hand, a hooded cloak draped over powerful shoulders, and a ring-pierced snout twisted into a snarl. He carries the coiled threat of something that has done this before. Pose 02 stands taller and more composed: a long spear raised in one hand, a potion or trophy bottle dangling from a decorated belt, and a scaled face that suggests cold confidence rather than aggression.
