This is Pose 01 from Novaminis' Sahuagin Priest range, and it captures the fervent devotion of a sea devil shaman mid-ritual. Head thrown back, jaws wide in a guttural prayer to the shark-god Sekolah, this priest clutches a bone staff crowned with two skulls and hung with chains and fetishes — a relic of countless sacrifices. His free hand is raised, claws splayed, as if channelling dark tidal magic through sheer force of will. Draped in a stitched hide loin-wrap adorned with feathers and rope cording, with thick ankle-rings and webbed taloned feet planted wide, every detail speaks to a creature utterly convinced of its own divine authority.
The sculpt rewards painters who enjoy layered skintones — the overlapping scales, rope textures, and carved skull detail on the totem all hold paint exceptionally well. Whether mounted on the included optional plain base or a custom ocean-floor scenic, this miniature earns its place both on the gaming table and on a display shelf.

Encounter Hook:
The fishing village of Saltmere has gone silent. When the party finally reaches the harbour, they find the boats beached and draped in woven kelp — offerings, arranged with disturbing care. At the end of the jetty, silhouetted against a rising tide, a towering sahuagin priest faces the sea, staff raised, leading a congregation of converts who used to be the villagers. The chanting hasn't stopped in three days.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a drop of glue. The model arrives support-removed and fully cured, ready for priming and painting. As with all hand-finished pieces, minor surface marks may occasionally be present and are simple to address before painting.
