Sahira Vaess is a serpent queen of commanding presence — a crowned, battle-ready ruler whose authority is worn as casually as the great axe she balances across her shoulders. Her spiked diadem and billowing robes speak to a ruler of ancient rites, while the ornate scale-work of her hip armour suggests a culture steeped in serpentine worship and blood-soaked tradition.

What sets Sahira apart from a typical BBEG is the sheer narrative weight built into the sculpt itself. A great serpentine creature — scaled, horned, and unmistakably draconic in aspect — coils around her base, its fanged head raised at her side like a loyal guardian or a divine symbol of her power. The stone base is scattered with coins and flanked by ritual offering bowls, hinting at a cult devoted entirely to her will.
