This is the first variation in our Ruined Well range from Novaminis, and it's the kind of terrain piece that earns a place on the table long before your players even arrive at it. The stonework is stacked in rough, irregular courses, the wooden frame leans at a sorry angle, and the shingle roof has buckled and splintered under years of neglect. The bucket still hangs — just — from a worn windlass, and the detail across every surface rewards a careful painter. Cobblestones scatter the base, as if the ground itself has shifted over decades of disuse.
Whether dropped into a ruined village, placed at the edge of a cursed hamlet, or used as the centrepiece of an outdoor encounter, this well carries the weight of a location with a story. It works equally well as part of an atmospheric battle map or as a standalone display piece on your hobby shelf.

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives in the village of Ashford to find it deserted — except for a single figure crouched at the old well, staring into the darkness below. When they call out, the figure doesn't turn. It simply drops something into the water. The sound it makes when it hits the bottom comes three full seconds too late.
Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Scaled to 32mm — if you need a different scale, just get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Available with or without a plain black display base; the base is unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
We aim to dispatch most orders within a week from when the order is placed but for larger orders we ask that they can take up to 3 weeks.
