This bust captures a battle-hardened warrior in his prime: broad-shouldered, clad in sturdy leather-and-plate field armour with buckled harness straps and a chest pouch worn smooth from hard campaigning. His long silver hair is pulled back under a headband, his beard close-cropped and purposeful, and the set of his jaw suggests a man who has heard every argument and dismissed them all. Every detail — from the riveted pauldrons to the heavy belt buckle — speaks to a veteran who values function above finery.

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the Irongate garrison to find Roran — garrison commander, former sellsword, rumoured deserter — sitting alone in the war room, studying a map with a dagger through the centre of it. We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
