Rock Golem (Lazlus - The Broken) by DM Stash
Description
Once a faithful guardian of an ancient mountain citadel, Lazlus was shattered in a cataclysm that should have ended him — yet something deep within the stone refused to stop moving.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Lazlus the Broken is no ordinary stone golem. His hulking form is a ruin of fractured rock and jagged crystal shards, held together by thick, rope-like sinew that pulses with a will of its own. His broad shoulders are stacked high with broken slabs, his arms end in crushing stone claws, and his entire silhouette radiates the kind of slow, implacable menace that makes seasoned adventurers reconsider their choices. This is a creature that has endured earthquakes, sieges, and centuries of erosion — and he is still coming.
The sculpt captures every crack, fissure, and gnarled length of binding sinew in extraordinary detail, from the shattered crown of his skull-like head to the rocky outcrop base he strides across. Whether you grey-prime and basecoat him in obsidian and iron oxide, or work up a dramatic stone-and-moss palette, there is a staggering amount of texture here for painters to work with. Equally at home as a tabletop encounter piece or a display centrepiece on a shelf.
A great choice for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable boss monster for a mountain fortress, ancient dungeon, or elemental encounter
- Want a golem or construct encounter that feels genuinely threatening on the table
- Are building a collection of large creature minis for D&D 5e or other TTRPGs
- Enjoy a challenging, detail-rich painting project
- Love display-worthy sculpts that stand out even unpainted
Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked the source of the tremors to a sealed vault deep beneath the Ironspine Mountains. As they breach the final chamber, the rubble on the floor begins to shift — and Lazlus, scattered across the room in pieces for three hundred years, slowly reassembles himself one grinding slab at a time. He does not know why he was broken. He only knows the vault must not be opened.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale with a detailed rocky outcrop base that integrates directly with the model. The base and figure are separate pieces and can be attached with superglue — the sculpt is designed to interact with the base, so we recommend keeping them together for the best result. Ready for priming and painting straight out of the box, or use him as-is for a dramatic grey-stone appearance.
