Researcher 02 from Novaminis is the second sculpt in the Researcher series — this variation presents the character in a confident, hand-on-hip stance with a large tome tucked under one arm. Her expression is focused and self-assured, the posture of someone who has read every book in the archive and found them all satisfactory. Her button-up coat, knee-high laced boots, and braided hair mark her as a woman of purpose rather than ceremony.

The multi-angle sculpt rewards careful painting. The detailed braid running down the back, the lacing on her boots, and the open tome (shown from the side in one of the variant angles) all offer excellent surface texture for washes and layering. The hand-on-hip pose gives her a natural weight and personality that makes her immediately recognisable on a crowded tabletop.

Compared to Researcher 01, this variant leans into a more assertive energy — where the first sculpt may suggest curiosity, this one suggests authority. Both work side by side if you're building out a scholarly institution or arcane research facility.
