The Remorhaz is one of D&D's most viscerally unsettling apex predators — part giant centipede, part ambush nightmare, and entirely too many legs for comfort. This sculpt from MZ4250's 2025 Monster Manual series captures it low and menacing, compound eyes locked forward and serrated mandibles spread wide, chitinous wings fanned out behind its armoured thorax like a grotesque threat display. Curved dorsal spines rake upward from its back, and every segmented limb is posed with predatory tension — this creature is not retreating.
