Regent Shadowhelm is no mere demon summoned from the Abyss. He is something older and more deliberate — a sovereign of darkness whose very presence erodes the will of those who stand before him. In his composed form, his gaunt elven features are cold and imperious, bone-taloned wings spread wide behind him as he cradles a glowing orb in skeletal hands, the last fragment of a realm he has already consumed. This is the Regent as he wishes to be seen: regal, controlled, inevitable.

But strip that composure away and something far worse is revealed. The second state of this sculpt — included in this listing — shows the Regent fully given over to his true nature: a writhing mass of carapace, membrane, and bone-spur wings, hunched and seething, every trace of false civility discarded.
