Description

Where the garden ends and the hunger begins, something old and thorned has learned to walk.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Ravenous Roses are no mere animated shrubbery — they are a twisted mockery of beauty, a creature of the Feywild gone utterly feral. The central figure rises tall, its rose-bloom head thrown open in a silent scream, bone-pale petals framing a gaping skull-face. In its thorned hands it clutches a great bone-hafted axe, notched and cruel. Flanking it, two smaller sunflower-headed offshoots rear up from a tangle of roots and skulls — grinning, snapping, hungry. This is a creature that lures adventurers with colour and fragrance, then closes like a trap.

The sculpt is rich with menacing detail: writhing root tendrils, scattered skulls half-buried in the base, and a dynamic pose that gives the impression the whole horrible arrangement is mid-lunge. Whether you run it as a Plant creature, a Fey abomination, or something worse with no name in any bestiary, the Ravenous Roses will stop your table cold the moment it hits the mat. An equally striking piece for display collectors who appreciate dark botanical horror.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable Feywild boss or wandering monster encounter
  • Want a visually distinct Plant or Fey creature for D&D 5e or other TTRPGs
  • Are building a dark enchanted forest or corrupted garden setting
  • Collect dark fantasy miniatures for painting projects or display shelves

Encounter Hook:
The village herbalist swore the old rose garden at the manor's edge was just overgrown — until three of the search party didn't come back. Now the party has found the garden, and the roses are already turning to face them, roots twitching free of the soil one by one.
