Ravenous Crow 2 (Corvid Abominations) by DM Stash
Description
Something that was once a crow has been twisted beyond recognition — feathers still cling to its hunched body, but the hooked beak now gapes with too many teeth, and its taloned arms carry blades dripping with the promise of violence.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Ravenous Crow is no mere oversized bird. It is something worse — a corvid body warped by dark magic or abyssal corruption into a bipedal predator that stalks battlefields and charnel grounds alike. This is pose 2 of the Corvid Abominations range, and it captures the creature mid-lunge: great feathered shoulders hunched forward, twin curved blades raised in each clawed hand, and its monstrous beak stretched wide as if mid-shriek. The base features a scatter of skulls and bones beneath its scaled, taloned feet — a grim testament to what it has already consumed. The layered feather texture across the back and the leathery wing-cloak draped over its shoulders reward careful painting, whether you highlight individual quills or go for a dark, oily sheen.
Whether you use it as a Monstrosity, a corrupted Beast, or a unique creature of your own devising, the Ravenous Crow carries genuine menace at the table. It works equally well as a formidable encounter piece on the battlemat or as a display centrepiece on the shelf.
Drawn to this miniature, adventurers who:
- Need a distinctive avian monster for wilderness, carrion fields, or ruined settlements
- Are running a horror-tinged campaign involving corrupted creatures or dark druids
- Want a challenging painting project with layered feather and scale detail
- Collect display-worthy fantasy creature miniatures
Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a missing shepherd to the edge of the moor, where they find his crook lying beside a scatter of gnawed bones — and then hear the rhythmic click of talons on stone from somewhere above them in the fog. The Ravenous Crow has been hunting this valley for weeks, and it has learned to be patient.

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and scenic skull-strewn base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with superglue — note that the model interacts with the base in a way that makes the two look best displayed together. Printed at high quality; supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
