Raven Action Pose by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
Perched on a gnarled branch and calling out into the dark, this raven knows something you don't — and it isn't telling.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Ravens in D&D and broader fantasy lore occupy a strange, liminal space: too clever to be dismissed as mere wildlife, too ominous to ignore. Whether it's a warlock's familiar keeping watch from a rooftop, a druid's companion scouting ahead through the canopy, or simply a wild omen circling the party before something goes very wrong — a raven on the table commands attention. This sculpt captures that uncanny quality beautifully, the bird mid-call with ruffled feathers and gripping talons, mounted on a textured naturalistic base that suggests somewhere old and watchful.
Equally at home on a display shelf as it is on the battlemat, this miniature rewards careful painting — think deep black with a hint of iridescent purple or blue — but reads well even before a brush touches it.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a familiar miniature for a warlock or druid character
- Are building forest, wilderness, or gothic encounter scenes
- Want a characterful NPC companion or environmental detail piece
- Collect beast and creature miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The village elder warned the party about the raven that sits above the old mill — it has been there for three weeks, watching the road. Today, as they pass beneath it, it opens its beak and speaks a single word: a name. One of the party's names. Then it falls silent and will not speak again.
Scaled to 32mm. The model comes mounted to a detailed scenic base and arrives as a single piece ready for priming and painting. As with all hand-finished resin pieces, minor surface marks are possible — these are easily addressed with fine sandpaper or a hobby file prior to priming. Supplied fully cured and with supports removed.
