Rat Vagabond by Epic Miniatures
Description
Somewhere between the dockside gutters and the thieves' guild ledger, the Rat Vagabond has carved out a living — blade in hand, hood up, and eyes that miss nothing.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This ratfolk warrior cuts an immediately recognisable silhouette — a lean, battle-scarred figure standing in a confident, slightly aggressive stance with a short sword gripped in one clawed hand and the other raised, ready to slash. The sculpt leans into the scrappy survivalist aesthetic: stitched leather armour patched together from multiple sources, a wide belt with a buckle, laced bracers on both forearms, and a loose hood draped back from the head. The face carries that characteristic rodent sharpness — narrow eyes, prominent snout, and an expression that says this one has been through worse than whatever you're planning to throw at them.
The detail work rewards close attention. The stitching across the armour panels is rendered with real care, and the clawed hands and digitigrade legs give the sculpt a genuinely animalistic quality that sets it apart from more generic humanoid designs. This is a medium-sized creature with presence well above its station — a rogue, a survivor, possibly a reluctant ally.
Whether you're running this as a street-level antagonist, a recurring NPC fence who deals in stolen goods, or a player character for any adventurer who fancied something a little different for their Rogue or Fighter build, this sculpt covers the ground comfortably.
- Adventurers building ratfolk PC miniatures for Rogue or Fighter classes
- Dungeon Masters stocking urban underbellies with memorable minor villains
- Collectors drawn to non-standard humanoid fantasy designs
- Anyone running a campaign with thieves' guilds, sewer delves, or city intrigue
Encounter Hook: The party follows a lead to a contact in the lower city — only to find the address belongs to a cramped, bolt-locked den where the Rat Vagabond is the sole occupant, blades drawn, convinced they've been betrayed. Persuading them that the party aren't assassins is going to take some very careful diplomacy, or a very fast initiative roll.
