This sculpt depicts an armoured ratfolk warlord in a commanding, forward-thrusting pose — one hand levelling a broad-bladed sword at some unfortunate soul, the other gripping a tall banner pole topped with a stitched leather standard. His segmented leather armour is etched with intricate knotwork detailing across the chest, pauldrons, and greaves, and his clawed feet are planted wide in the stance of a creature who has never once backed down from a fight. The raised head and forward gaze give him an air of absolute authority over whatever scuttling horde he commands.
The banner itself is a superb touch — made from what appears to be stitched hide, it speaks to a warband that takes trophies seriously. Whether you use this miniature as a ratfolk warlord, a wererat crimelord, a mousey BBEG, or even a bold Mousefolk or Harengon fighter as a player character, the sculpt carries enough presence to lead an entire faction from the front.
